**SPECIAL NOTE** A Thousand apologies to Brian Nupp who, due to oversight and deadline constraints, was not credited on the CD for his engineering work on tracks 2 - 7, 10, and 14. He's a big reason why it sounds as good as it does. Thanks Brian, we owe you!

"Listening to The Sirens, fantasies of a female ensemble with the glamour of Karen O., presence of Debbie Harry, and antics of Justin Hawkins in drag dance like sugarplums in the subconscious. Could this be the return of rock 'n' roll to rock 'n' roll?"

-- Illnois Entertainer

Here's what Artrocker says about The Sirens' Chez Maximes 7": "Storming single from this all-girl detroit band covering Suzi Quatro, Slade and the Hollywood Brats in a totally cool and snotty Detroit Cobras gone glam-garage kind of way."

Another great review: "Teetering precariously on their unfeasibly huge platform boots the Sirens dish it out rough and raw, starting out with a rollicking cover of the Hollywood Brats 'Chez Maximes' as good a time as any to start nailing down moveable objects as they set about laying waste to the surrounding scenery with their infectious canon of hooks. Best track of the lot though is the storming cover of Slade's 'Gudbuy t'Jane' providing full on howler replete with handclaps and seriously fuzzed up guitars, like the 70's never went away." -- From LosingToday.com
